Terms
This site describes the container system as it runs today. The terms of any deployment are set in a signed agreement.
What this site is
rossoscavinofarms.com is the public record of the farming system built by the Rosso and Scanavino families and operated from the United Arab Emirates. The capacities and timelines published here describe the standard offering, such as a 40ft container that holds 5,000 fish and is designed to draw 2,000 litres of fertilizer a day. Each figure carries its own standing on the page it appears on: measured, set by contract, a design plan, or not yet measured.
Agreements
The commercial terms of a purchase, a lease, a cooperative placement, or an anchor arrangement are set in the signed agreement, and the contracting entity is named in the agreement. That document fixes the price, the royalty, the warranty, and each side's obligations, and it is the document both sides rely on. Where this site and a signed agreement differ, the agreement governs. Submitting the application form starts a conversation. A signed agreement opens a deployment.
Ownership of the material
The text, photography, and film on this site are the property of the family companies that produced them. The container technology itself is licensed from the Hosha group and is held as a trade secret rather than under a granted patent.
Outside links
Pages here link to estates we work with in Piemonte and to published reporting. Those sites are run by their owners and carry their own terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Questions go to hello@rossoscavinofarms.com.
