This site sets no advertising trackers and no marketing cookies. The information we hold about you is the information you send us.
The application form
When you apply for a container we ask for your name, farm name, country, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, hectares under cultivation, approximate annual fertilizer spend, the number of containers you are considering, your preferred path to ownership, and any notes you add. A person reads every application. We use the details to assess the placement and to reply to you, and for nothing else.
How your details travel
Form submissions reach us as email. Delivery is handled by Resend, an email service, so your answers pass through its infrastructure on the way to hello@rossoscavinofarms.com and are then kept in our own records. If you contact us on WhatsApp at +971 50 704 7578, that conversation is carried by WhatsApp and sits under Meta's privacy terms as well as ours.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to advertisers. Applying does not put you on a mailing list. Any message you get from us is a reply, written by the person handling your application.
Correction and removal
Application details stay in our records while we work together. Write to hello@rossoscavinofarms.com from the address you applied with and we will correct or delete what we hold about you.
