We answer the urea question first.
Twelve questions, and the report number under every figure that has one.
The liquid
01Does Magic Power replace urea?
No. A litre carries about 0.4 g of nitrogen, a kilogram of urea 460 g. It carries biology instead: a plate count above 30 million cfu/g, the laboratory’s ceiling, not a measurement, and 952 taxa, 516 to species. The supplied protocol targets a 20 to 30 percent cut in synthetic starter nitrogen. The protocol author’s target, not a completed trial.
The paired-plot trial that will measure it02How much do I use per hectare?
15 to 25 L/ha banded in furrow at planting, diluted at least 1:10, 5 cm beside or below the seed, never on it. Season cap 30 L/ha with fertigation. Gloves and eye protection for concentrate. Nothing on edible parts near harvest. No foliar rate yet: the safety data sheet holds it back until phytotoxicity, pathogen and residue testing completes.
The application programme in full03What is actually in it?
Arsenic, cadmium, cobalt, chromium, mercury and lead are below detection. Molybdenum 1.69 mg/L is high and copper is below detection, which is why the pasture guidance exists. Eleven of the twenty-six analytes sit inside the laboratory’s SANAS accreditation schedule. It is a living ferment: this panel describes batch AF4_1, and a finished-product panel on a retail batch is commissioned.

04Is it certified organic?
No. Nothing synthetic goes in: fish feed, water and electricity, with the feed specification published. Commercial sale needs fertilizer or soil-conditioner registration per market. We hold none today, so litres go out for on-farm use and trials while applications proceed. Producing on your own land for your own use needs none. Organic certification attaches to the grower and country program.
The container
05What does a container cost to run?
Connected load is 3 kW across a 1 kW circulation pump, a 1 kW inverter air conditioner, sensors and controls. No unit has been metered yet, so no daily consumption figure is published: the Abu Dhabi metering programme will supply it. Initial fill by size:
- 10ft
- 6,000
- 20ft
- 12,000
- 40ft
- 30,000
06Why catfish?
It breathes air, so it survives handling and power cuts that kill other species. It thrives at high density at 26 to 28 C. It converts feed at about 1.2 kg per kilo of growth, a company figure still being verified. Its waste is liquid, what a continuous extraction line needs. Change the feed and you tune the ferment.
The fish side of the same water07How long until I am producing?
A container is operational about three months from contract. Fertilizer starts flowing within weeks of commissioning, and the first fish harvest follows about three months after stocking. One trained operator runs a unit of any size, trained during installation on the unit they will run.
08Where can I install one?
Most flat sites with electricity, water access and standard agricultural permitting. A 10ft needs 25 to 30 sqm, a 20ft 50 to 60 sqm, a 40ft about 120 sqm. Closed, heated and cooled, it runs through cold winters and hot summers. Water can be tap, borehole or treated, tested before the first fill. A site assessment comes before any commitment.
Start a site assessmentThe agreement
09What is the warranty, and what is the royalty?
Every size carries a one-year hardware and operations warranty on tank, pump, filtration and controls, with technical support through that year. Support after year one is a separate agreement. Royalty is USD 2 per litre of fertilizer produced for sale or use, on both the purchase and lease paths. No royalty on fish.
How the lease terms are set10Who holds the permits?
The farmer holds local permits and insurance. We support the MOCCAE, ADAFSA or local-equivalent application. We are not currently claiming any MOCCAE recognition of our own.
11What happens if you disappear?
You keep operating. Manuals and maintenance documentation transfer at commissioning, and the biological filter is replaceable hardware. The royalty relationship keeps us on the hook for support: our incentive is your production.
12Why two names, Rosso and Scanavino Family Farms and Hosha Vitality?
Hosha Vitality operates the container technology and licenses it. Rosso and Scanavino Family Farms is the farmer-facing brand for container sales and the distribution network. The contracting entity is named in the agreement you sign.
